Badrinath Dham, one of the sacred Char Dham pilgrimage sites, is located at an altitude of 3,300 meters (10,827 ft) in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. Surrounded by the majestic Neelkanth Peak and the Nar–Narayan mountain ranges, Badrinath offers breathtaking Himalayan views along with deep spiritual significance.

Due to heavy snowfall in winter, the temple remains open only from May to October, making this the official Yatra season.
